As we reopen (or prepare for reopen) it’s an opportunity to show your customers/ audience how things are now (and are likely to be for some time). Since we know your social media and digital presence is as important, if not MORE important now, I want you to have as many ways to reach your clients and show them you are STILL here and ready to serve them.

This is not a typical photoshoot with me, it's quick to get you results fast!

We will only be photographing things you are doing to adapt your business to Covid-19.

Need to do more? No problem. Headshot + branding sessions can be added on (or booked separately).This way we have time to have some creative fun to show off your brand AND we can also do PPE and health & safety type images as well.

Package includes typically up to 5-10 final images. Additional images may be purchased for $40/each.

All parties must adhere to NEW Health + Safety Protocols.

Non-refundable session fee +hst is due at time of booking to reserve a session.

All sessions take place in Halton Hills area, travel rates may apply outside of Halton Hills @ $.55/km from the Studio.

Contract and waiver must be signed online (contactless) prior to session.

Payment is accepted in EMT (email money transfer).
health + safety protocols
Protocols are based on guidance from the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) Ontario.ca website.
These are subject to change as Public Health Restrictions tighten, change and/or are reduced.

Contracts, paperwork, questionnaires + payments are all done online.

Consultations + planning can all be done by phone, email or zoom.

With my lenses I can safely keep a 6ft (2m) physical distance.

If for some unforeseeable reason we need to be closer, I can wear a mask.

Final images are delivered by digital download in your private gallery.

Contracts now include a Health+Safety liability waiver.

If any parties attending the photoshoot (not just people being photographed) are unwell, have been diagnosed with or have come in contact with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID19, or have experienced any symptoms of unwellness within 14 days prior to the session - coughing, sneezing, fever, difficulty breathing etc. - let's be on the safe side and reschedule.

Any parties attending the photoshoot must not have travelled outside of Canada, reside in Phase 1 areas or, attended a gathering larger than PHAC recommendations within 14 days prior to the shoot date.

We will observe 6ft (2m) physical distancing where possible.

I have a mask I can wear in indoor spaces - depending on the size of the room and ability to physically distance.

We will adhere to good hygiene standards, I have hand sanitizer and antiseptic wipes on hand.

Sessions times will be spaced apart to allow for cleaning + sanitizing.

All names and contact info for people attending the photoshoot will be provided for contact tracing.

I will avoid bringing any props for now unless they can be properly sanitized, you may bring your own and I am happy to help give you ideas of what you can bring!

If I cannot adjust clothing, jewellery or stray hairs etc., I can instruct you/another person in social circle to help!

Sessions can take place on your front porch, preferably on your property or in a public park (if allowed!). The studio remains closed for now.

Hugs, handshakes, hi-5s and chest bumps will have to wait (for now!)

If guidelines change from the PHAC, we will adjust accordingly and reschedule if necessary.

If you are being photographed with someone outside of your household or "family bubble/social circle" it is your responsibility and right to decide safe practices for yourselves.
