Pacakges are not confirmed until the contract is signed and non-refundable retainer is paid in full.

Orders must be paid in full to initiate the next project phase.

Payment is accepted by EMT (email money transfer), a minimum 3.9% fee (charged and paid directly to the processing company) is applied for credit card payments.

Website builds are completed using a curated set of Wix/Square Space templates. Custom layout or from-scratch design is not included unless quoted separately.

Clients are responsible for providing content, images, and feedback by agreed deadlines. Delays in content or feedback may affect project timelines.
