• Pricing subject to change without notice. General pricing is provided above as a guideline for budgeting purposes, each client is quoted individually based on their specific needs.

• Dates are not confirmed until the contract is signed and non-refundable retainer (session fee) is paid in full. This retainer is non-refundable under any circumstances including but not limited to: adhering to current Public Health & Safety guidelines and government imposed restrictions. In this case, your retainer may be applied to a future session date when one becomes available.

• Add-on options/pricing is only available on the same session/same day.

• The Client maintains 100% responsibility for, and satisfaction of, their appearance. Where desired by the Client, any make-up, hair styling, hair removal, cosmedical procedures, tanning, wardrobe styling, decor etc. are contracted directly by the client with the vendor of their choosing (and/or executed themselves) to be sure to achieve the desired results and to avoid the cost of a reshoot. It is always recommended to set up consultations and to work with vendors you know and trust to make sure you are satisfied. Don't hesitate to give feedback or correct any concerns with your vendor at the time of your appointment, they want you to be HAPPY with your end result too!

• Purchased digital images include standard retouching. Specialized retouching (ie. you forgot your outfit is strapless and you have tan lines that need to be corrected in every image ;) or by the cause of anything listed in the bullet point above, starts at $40/image and is quoted as needed.

• Your Session fee may include some of your favourite digital files (see collection descriptions for specific quantities). Additional images may be purchased, see the digital collections pricing. 

• Proof gallery of watermarked unedited images is provided for you to order from, it may not be publicly shared, screenshot or downloaded. Unedited proofs are not included in the final gallery unless the image was selected as part of your collection or purchased separately. ​The Studio only delivers fully finished/retouched images, unedited proofs are not available for purchase or download (think of it as going to get your hair cut and coloured and they let you leave the salon without a gorgeous blow out!)

• Once the finished gallery has been delivered, un-ordered proofs are deleted and the safekeeping (and multiple back-up copies) of the delivered images is the sole responsibility of the Client. The Studio does not promise to store image files indefinitely.

• Payment for any additional images is due when you select your images from your proof gallery.

• Orders must be paid in full to initiate any retouching, design work or printing. You may not download your gallery of images/screen shot or share in any way unless your account is paid in full.

• Finished galleries are retouched together and delivered as one complete set to ensure quality and consistency across the gallery, individual images are not finished/released ahead of any others.

• What is a Digital Image/File?: These are fully edited, read-to-print, high resolution.jpg files delivered through an online gallery that you can download to your computer, phones & devices, etc. Digitals give you flexibility to print your portraits through your favourite printing store & share them with family & friends on social media, create photobooks and gifts, cards etc. 

• Digital files are for personal enjoyment only and may not be used to sell or promote a business or organization in any way. For example, they cannot be used in marketing or promotion of yourself or any business who provided you product/services for the session without written permission from the photographer and/or purchasing a Commercial Usage License. If you are selling a product or service you LOVE, I can help with commercial photography!​

• To maintain the style and integrity of both the image and the photographers work, the cropping, style, colours should not be edited or altered, this includes, but not limited to applying filters in social media sharing apps like Instagram, etc.

• Sessions take place in Halton Hills area, travel rates apply outside of Halton Hills starting @ $.65/km to and from the Georgetown Studio.

• Payment is accepted by EMT (email money transfer), a minimum 3.9% fee (charged and paid directly to the processing company) is applied for credit card payments.
