how to book a session.
Contact me to make sure I have a spot for your due date month or for an actual session date if baby is already here. I will send you a link to your online contract and an invoice. Once your non-refundable deposit & contract is received, your booking is confirmed, yay! You'll get a link to your own client portal that has all your session info, invoices, and getting ready info (with tips on what to wear and how to prepare). My parents tell me how super helpful this is to prepare for picture day!

Newborn sessions take place on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday weekday mornings only, sorry weekend appointments are not available. Sessions take place in your home typically using the baby's nursery, master bedroom and/or family, livingroom. While sessions typically take up to 2 hours it is requested that families do not book appointments or commitments to rush off too to allow a relaxed window of time to take portraits.

Actual newborn session date is selected once baby arrives as is based on studio availability.

Orders must be paid in full to initiate any retouching, designwork or printing.

Non-refundable retainer (50% of session fee + hst) is due at time of booking to reserve a session. Payment for orders is due when you select your favourite images to keep from your gallery.

Travel rates apply outside of Halton Hills area, please inquire for a quote.

Contract and waiver must be signed prior to session.

Payment is accepted in EMT (email money transfer), 2.8% fee applies to all credit card orders.

Can I just say "OMG!!! I love them all!! Ally, I really appreciate what you did for us. For what was a horrible situation [the newborn photographer they booked took their deposit and closed their business!] turned into the best possible dream come true for me. Jay and I love way too many pics so we are getting the whole gallery lol! You did such a magnificent job - thank you again!
